Returns Policy

Thank you for your valued custom. We hope you love your Frocks Away purchases but if you are not entirely satisfied we will happily exchange goods bought at full price within 14 days of purchase, providing they are unworn, in perfect condition with all relevant tags attached and the receipt can be produced.

We will only exchange goods at their current retail value and goods purchased in the sale are non exchangeable.

We regret that we are unable to refund on non-faulty merchandise. In the event you are unable to find a suitable exchange we will issue a credit note valid for six months.

Credit notes can only be used to pay for goods at their full value even if the item you wish to buy is in the sale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling your order

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Frocks Away, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must inform Frocks Away via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us as detailed below.

To return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt, alongside our 'RETURNS FORM'. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Frocks Away is not liable for the cost of returning any items.

Exchange an item

Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange alongside the 'EXCHANGE FORM'. Once we have received the item we will dispatch your exchange. Should you be in a hurry for the replacement item we suggest you purchase a new item and send the old one back as a return.

Please note: Any item to be refunded or replaced is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Frocks Away is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. However, please be aware that the sooner we receive a faulty item the better placed we are to resolve the situation. Upon receipt of your goods we will refund, replace or repair your item.

If you have received an incorrect item

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
