Chatter Frocks

ANNE SPACKMAN ON FROCKS AWAY

MANAGING EDITOR, THE TIMES

Frocks Away is like a personal shopper for those of us who only read about personal shoppers in magazines. They sell clothes which make you look better. They make shopping feel like a treat.

They have kitted me out for the school gate, the office, parties and even one of my best friend's weddings. I had 30 minutes between work and picking the children up to find an outfit. They sorted out half a dozen options, said which ones did nothing for me and I left with a flattering dress and jacket.

I've bought clothes for friend's babies, shoes for my children and presents for nieces there. I've had cups of tea, discussions about the menopause and attended small fashion shows. At Christmas it is my husband's first port of call for presents and not just because of the lingerie.

If you need a bit of help to look good, a bit of encouragement to be more stylish and a lesson in how to tie a scarf, then this a friendly, warm, very womanly place to find it.
